40th Annual Symposium of the Ultrasonic Industry Association

ABSTRACTS: Abstract deadline is 2010 August 31. Abstracts for talks and posters are sought in Industrial Applications (NDE, Measurements, Cleaning, Atomization, Materials Processing, Effluent Processing, Joining and Fastening, Welding and Cutting, Sonochemistry, Underwater Applications, Remote Sensing, Transducer Design and Materials) and Medical Applications (Surgical, Therapeutic, HIFU, LIFU, Bioeffects, Tissue Characterization, Bio-Acoustic Microscopy, Transducer Design and Materials). Talks are 20 minutes plus 5 minutes Q and A. The session chair will contact you directly to discuss your proposed presentation. Accepted presenters receive a discounted registration fee.
SUPPLEMENTAL SUBMISSIONS: Bio-sketches and an electronic version of the presentation suitable for inclusion in USB handout must be submitted to the UIA office no later than 2011 April 22.
PROCEEDINGS: Final papers for inclusion in the published Proceedings will be due shortly after symposium, at a date to be announced.
